R.E.M. Setlist Würzburg August 22, 2008

AFAIK this was R.E.M.'s last open-air concert in Germany this year, but they'll be back in a month or so ...

Couldn't be in Würzburg, but here's the setlist anyway:

Again a lot of different songs compared to their other Germany concerts - that's one of the things I appreciate most :-) Somehow they "only" played 24 songs - it was 26 in the two previous concerts. As I said I couldn't be there - if I missed out a song, please tell me in the comments! #remwurzburg

Edit: ha! I was right being suspicious, they did play 27 in fact! thanks to the anonymous comment!

Edit: according to a visitor, they played "The One I Love" and "Time After Time" for someone of the band having had a recent split-up with his partner. Poor guy! But that's the right cure for a heart-ache, R.E.M. playing some songs for you, isn't it? :-)
